RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND

If for any reason, you are not happy with your full price purchase please email us at hello@thecovercollective.com.au and we will happily exchange your product or provide a full refund (less postage on orders under $90).

For any returns, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and return the product in its original condition, unused, unwashed with all packaging attached & unbroken. We recommend checking your linen when it arrives before washing as following this due to hygiene reasons we cannot process a return.

Please note that return postage and any other associated costs must be covered by the customer and a tracking number provided to us. The Cover Collective will not be liable for any returned items that are misplaced prior to us receiving them.

Any exchanged product will incur a fee of $9.95 and no returns will be accepted without a completed returns form (provided to you when you email us).

Please note that The Cover collective reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in a saleable, original condition, unused or unwashed.

Unfortunately, we unable to provide a refund on any items that were purchased on sale (including a promotional period & pre-order products) however we can happily exchange for you.

RETURNS - FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

 

We take the upmost care to ensure all products are sent to you in perfect condition but should you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us at hello@thecovercollective.com.au within 5 days of receipt of goods and we will happily provide you with a full refund or exchange. All postage for faulty and damaged items will be covered by The Cover Collective. 

Please note that linen is a natural product and variances in the fabric may occur. Colour variations and small fabric imperfections will not deem the product faulty.
